This comprehensive two-day course teaches essential first aid and CPR skills for emergencies at work, home, or in the community. It meets provincial/territorial workplace safety requirements and follows the latest Canadian Red Cross guidelines.
Who should take this course?
Anyone who needs first aid training for work or wants the confidence to respond to emergencies.
Certification:
Participants who successfully complete the course receive a 3-year certification in Standard First Aid & CPR Level C.

- Airway, breathing, and circulation emergencies
- CPR and first aid for respiratory and cardiac arrest
