Looking to work in a licensed establishment or serve alcohol in Ontario? Smart Serve Certification is required by law for anyone who sells, serves, or delivers alcohol in the province. Join our in-person Smart Serve training session to learn about the legal responsibilities, best practices for serving alcohol safely, and earn your Smart Serve certification.

About the Course:

This in-person session will guide you through the Smart Serve content with interactive activities and discussions, all designed to prepare you for the Final Certification Test, which must be completed online after class.

What’s Included:

• Interactive classroom training led by a certified instructor with hands-on experience
• A test token for the official Smart Serve online exam (includes two attempts)
• Flexible testing options: complete your exam on campus or off-campus on any device with internet and a webcam

Important Details:

• You must present valid government-issued photo ID for the exam.
• Test tokens expire 30 days after your in-class session.
• The final certification test is proctored online by a third party.
